Hi!
I'm lifting weights and need about 120-150 gr. of protein daily. When i ate meat i had no problem with it and kept on my muscle growth,but when i stoped to eat dead bodies and eggs , i started to lose weight. I eat lots of natural organic protein like soya and lots of vegetables,but in addition to weight lose i'm starting to have lack of red blood cells.
Do you have any sujestions or had similar case?
