Congratulations on a major change
in your lifestyle! Mark down the day
that you became a vegetarian, and
celebrate in the coming years the
day you made a Wise Choice.

Some other suggestions: you need
to up your daily dosage of vitamin
C significantly. I've been taking
mega-doses since 1977, and I never
get sick. Go to the vitamin C forum,
and read my posts and those of
others. Start with my first post
about 8 months ago.

You also need to drink LOTS of pure
water, perferably distilled. Keep
an inland sea inside you. The water
will flush out all kinds of old
toxins. I drink about 1 gallon of
distilled water every day. I weigh
140 lbs.

You also need to do exercise that's
fun. Consider buying yourself a
rebounder. They're superb exercise
machines, and they're lots of fun.
I wouldn't trade mine for anything.

And if possible, take a walk outside
each day. Let the sun shine on your
body. Sunlight is a magical healer.

Final thought: keep educating yourself about alternative health.
