Vitamin C is an anti oxident.. It's only 10% electrolytes for 500 mg which is not much let alone enough.. You feel weak because of no electrolytes.. I couldn't stress the 2 jugs of green tea just seeped into jugs of water a day... It makes all the difference.. You should feel eyphoric while fasting... You should have so much energy that your house is clean LOL

I love the salad bags, No calories or carbs and makes the day flow instead of drag.. I don't feel rundown.. Celery, you know something... Mix it up and try different things.. Staying under 400 calories isn't going to cause you to stop losing weight.. I worry about you water fasters so much..
