Animal fats are a very important part of ones diet. I make curds and whey with my milk, kefir and other fermented products. I believe also that a vegan diet is not healthy. Soy milk is processed and not good for you especially the consumption of legumes and grains that are not properly prepared. I am on a raw food diet and sprout a lot as well. However, I truly believe in having animal fats be a part of your diet. I only get whole raw milk from grass-fed animals.
