That is a good point, also the Native Americans who were closer to the Earth then many and Nature, ate meat.

I have read some interesting stuff on the Paleo Diet and what you are saying.
But the way animals are raised is what causes them to be unhealthfull, feed grains,and other dead animals...
A free range animal has the proper omega 3 to 6 ratio we need.

It might also come down to blood type, the O the oldest type most certainly ate meat in the past.
The newer types A and B are more prone to Grains and Dairy.
Type O's acid is set for meat digestion, but A and B don't handle it well... see Eating right for your blood type

That's the only thing I see as being the big difference the A and B blood types are fairly new types, since the agriculture age.
