Here's a site I find helpful in transition phase. These are prepared foods. If you're used to eating these types of foods this list helps. I started this way. Now I focus on eating a wide variety of of natural foods ( no labels ) and only refer to this list to splurge a little. One thing I keep on hand is a huge container of beans. I went to the store and bought one bag of every type of dried bean they had, and dumped them all together in a storage container. That way I can do them in a crock pot over night and always have a meal handy. You can doctor up beans in so many ways. I made curried beans over rice a few days ago that was amazing! Steamed or grilled veggis on a toasted bun- yummy!! There's so much you can do!
