Okay...i'm new here and to being a lacto-ovo vegetarian and i was wondering if anyone could give me some tips or answer some helpful questions.
1) should i take vitamins?
2) what do you eat to get what you need?
3) i heard that if you become a vegan you have to read labels a lot (was thinking of working my way up to vegan)and was wondering what you would have to look for when reading labels?
