The more I read about Soy the more I wish I had never eaten it. Being Vegan and not wanting to eat any Soy products, I started searching for an alternative protien source that didn't require me to spend too much time mixing foods. I recently began using Hemp protien and I like it alot; especially that it is plant based and even congruent with a fruitarian diet since the protein is made from the seeds. I start my day with a fruit smoothie into which I add my Hemp protien and my Green Food supplement. I think for the athlete Hemp Protien is a good source of extra protien, plus it has your Omega 3 and 6 fatty acids like flax oil does.
