Im a 19 year old male, 6 foot, and 145 lbs. its not overly skinny, but i would like to bulk up. I have been going to the gym for about a year and a half now and it has been working to build muscle, but i a wondering if recently becoming vegetarian will slow down the process of this. Also, i am interested in becoming vegan. Does anyone know what vegan, or even vegetarian foods i should be eating to bulk up? Also, gaining a little more fat wouldn't hurt either. Thanks.
