In a healthy Diet you should be taking about 20% Protine you will have no probs getting this in a normall western diet. As you are a vegitarian you will need to be sure that you injest protine high nuts and fruits such as avocado and cashews etc, just be sure that you get a broad range of nuts and you will recive more than enought protine in your diet also you can find plenty of AA's (amino acids)-(Protein) in skim milk powder. this is what the weight lifters srink and pay threw the nose for in health food shops but you can just get it at your local supermarket for about 3 bucks a packet.
