I used to not eat many veggies, when I first started consuming them in quantities, they would give me diarrehia. I started taking probiotics (the natural enzymes found in your intestines) and digestive enzyme supplements, after a while I could handle the veggies and was able to stop taking the supplements.
My understanding, is the master cleanse will clear out alot of the good bacteria (as well as the bad), so you might want to try some acidophelus supplements to help build up the population in your gut. Also maybe some papaya extra (I think that has a bunch of the digestive enzymes which will help. Check with the health food store).
I just finished my first MC (7.5 days), I've been sipping diluted OJ this morning, and haven't gotten to the veggie part yet.
