Dear Friend
STOP FRUSTRATING YOURSELF
LETS GET WELL

Mix in a jar
2 tablespoons of Goldenseal root fine powder
2 tablespoons of BAYberry bark fine powder
and a pinch of garlic granuals
and a pinch of cayenne powder
shake, blend, and
SNUFF
put a pinch in front of each nostril
and suck it up
no wimpy puffing, I want a BIG SNORT
up each nostril

3 to 5 times a day
It will burn, you may even think it will kill you
but it will end the sinus infection

MAKE SURE YOU STOP ALL DAIRY PRODUCTS
AND ALL ANIMAL FOOD WHILE YOU ARE AT IT
