would it be benificial to just use regular water..im a broke college kid and dont think i can get my hands on any of those supplies..i do have table salt :) Would that work??How much is the Colloidal Silver and where can i get it? About a month before my fast i had ear infections on both sides but i dont think the right one got wiped out until i fasted cause it still hurt up until about day 4 and then it went away and felt great..about the same time the nose thing started.It might be the infection from my ear..I dont know..Thanx for your advice..im going home for easter so i'll be able to get some of that stuff then..definetly the Sea Salt I have at home so i'll get on it this weekend..
