The Blood Type Diet only recommends drinking milk (cow) for 2 of the types, and in a limited quantity. The whole dairy debate is very, well, debatable! Don't you know different people who don't drink it and get along well, and others who do drink it and get along well?
I'd like to know what to use as a milk replacement, for calcium. It seems so hard to get enough from other sources! After reading the Magnesium article on this site however, could it be that we really don't need as much calcium as we think? That getting it from more balanced sources (with magnesium, etc.) would actually give us more of it (since it's absorbed)?
Of course there is a lot of information which recommends against using dairy.
Just thoughts!
ps - I thought John was referring to an "angry" Dr Delio Esteve, not you Pushkin!
