I think Claudio has some mental issue that they really need to deal with.
As for Milk....I'm not in the health industy but spend alot of time reading about it......MOST adults cannot digest milk properly......especially cows milk....because of lactose intolerance. Your best bet to make sure you get enough calcium is to eat cheese and yogurt because the digestive process has already started......eat alternatives like tofu and other soy products. Calcium isnt only in dairy.......the best thing you can do for your body is try to get as much variety as possible.....please don't live off supplements.
