The only thing I could recomend is having a bath or taking a nap or just laying down if you can't sleep, or going for a walk, or reading a good book. Or, Your electolytes are out of balance so you need potasium and magnesium. So take 4 tablespoons of blackstrap molasses, 50-60 calories per tbspn.Not fancy molasses or cooking molasses, blackstrap molasses.
