Hi Sarah, I think the error that's causing you trouble is in thinking of the water as something to 'fill you up'. This is in effect running a tape in your mind that is telling yourself you are hungry, and using the water in a way that is against its nature. It's all matter of slightly turning the dial, just picture yourself tuning in a radio -- and you're trying to pick up a 'station' that is more harmonious with the energies of comfort with 'no-food'. This is not something that is about lack, but is a much higher frequency to the usual noise we are always being bombarded with. This includes images of food, etc. You have to unhook yourself from that stuff. And just tune in to another vibration. It might be better to cut back on the water, for a little while. This is more to 're-set' your whole mind-set about food and hunger.

You might want to try the solarized blue water too, I just mentioned in a post to Kate1960. The cold is something that we just deal with,unfortunately.That's way I like to fast when it's really hot out--makes it much more bearable. The body is working on some core issues, and the extremities are left to fend for themselves. My nose tends to get cold,on a water fast. Try sipping hot water. Take warm baths. Use a hot water bottle. Whatever helps you feel more comfortable.The main thing is,not to get into a loop, where you end up feeding any ideas of discomfort,and keeping that going, without intending to. That's where the blue solar water can help--it's a way to keep everything f-l-o-w-i-n-g, and keep a person from getting stuck. The headache is just a reaction to various toxins moving about,or a reaction to quitting caffeine, or something like that. It too will pass.
