I'm not feeling so great I have to admit. It's the 4th day and I am still having hunger pains, my head hurts and I'm freezing. Can anyone suggest what may help these terrible feelings go away. I thought the first and second day would be the most challenging, and I thought that I would lose my appeitie by day 4 but I am still immensly craving food. Water doesnt seem to fill me up, it only makes me feel nauseous.
If someone can offer me some advice I would truly appreciate it. I look to this site for motivation & support, and I need you guys now, as I really dont want to quit.
