Prune Light Express

4 Prunes,pitted and soaked overnight in water.
2 Pears, unpeeled
1 Cooking apple, unpeeled(if organic) and cored

Prunes are a natural ingredient to include in any cleansing regime and they taste terrific. This really is a super juice and boasts a slightly sweet and sour edgte and gives off the wonderful aroma of pears. To make it, juice the pears and cooking apple...the sharpness will counteract the sweetness of the prunes. Remove any stones from the prunes and liquify in a blender with four fluid ounces of water. Add to the juice and stir well.

This is THE most wonderful refreshing and cleansing juice. But a word of warning to the wise ! Not for nothing is it called Prune Light Express!! Stay at home when taking it !! It really does work amazingly quickly in around 1-2 hours. Tweet
