It is hard to answer that question as the road to vegetarianism and now, far beyond, has been and still is, a pilgrimage in progress.Once the vegetarian stage had been reached the progression, or maybe I should say regression has gained more and more momentum and I am very happy where I am for the moment. Where is that? I drink only spring water that comes from more than 3000m down under the Central North Island of New Zealand, I eat mainly raw vegetables(depending on the quality and purity), wholegrain only rice, other whole grains, my own homemade Essene bread(which is raw not cooked), some fruit..according to season and locally grown. And my favourite food has to be SEAWEED and Celtic Seasalt . over cooked rice. I also eat organic chickpeas. I also eat some dried fruit like prunes and our own walnuts . In case you are wondering...I eat well and I LOVE my food !!
