Ok - I've been on the "fast" for 4 days and my stomach is flat!
I am perfectly happy with my body right now!
I am 5'8" 125!
I've lost 6 pounds
could my protuding belly (the thing that drives me NUTS) be my full of crap intestines?
I am thinking yes.
How do I maintain this flat look?
never eat?
I am healthy
run marathons
teach aerobics
but they belly, right under the belly button ALWAYS protrudes....funny, cuz right above the belly button I am flat as a board, my ribs stick out and my boobs are TINY!!
