Well, I think I might have hit it finally. Today is day 6, and I woke up extremely tired despite having had a full and relatively peaceful night sleep. I was very confused and slow throughout the morning, and am feeling quite weak. I go to work by bike, and I had to step down and walk next to my bike for a particularly steep hill, which I never do (but am always tempted to!). I am feeling very low today, I feel like napping. But the question is... is it because of detox, or just because I simply need more juice? Hard to say... it's true that I don't drink much juice (maybe 20-24 oz daily). I'll try to drink more and come back with some news!
