Example of A Daily Routine
Upon Rising: Enema
After enema: Dry brush message (makes skin so healthy!), followed by hot-cold shower.
9am: Cup of herb tea. Recommend peppermint, camommile, or rose hips.
11am: Glass of fresh fruit juice; diluted 50/50 with water.
11am -1pm: Walk/exercise.
1pm: Glass of fresh veggie juice or broth.
1:30pm-4pm: Rest in bed (may not be possible, not required, but is nice to add during weekends)
4pm: Cup of herb tea.
4:15pm to 7pm: Walk, exercise, bath...
7pm: Glass of diluted veggie or fruit juice, or cup of veggie broth.
*You can drink as much juice as you want, as the doc mentions that many patients had to drink a lot at first. The first few days are especially rough so the extra juice helped. During all my fasts, I drank as much as I wanted. Some days more or less than others.
**Not everyone can get in the rest section because of work. When I was working full time, I'd make this my lay back period. I'd play some soft music and do all my sit down type work during this period. It really helped.
