I wish I could help you more. About 6 months ago, I fasted with Fasting Center International. I only made it like 16 days but hope for 30 this time. fasting Center is support via internet by Dennis Paulson (avid Faster). It does cost money and I wouldn't do it again, as he does seem to get irritated if you need to much support. However the program is very good and I did not feel weak at all while on it. I wish I could give more information on it...but could actually go to prison if it was found out that I devulged program information. I feel with all your research you can probably come up with just about the same thing.

There are many experienced faster on here..although they have been quiet lately. I know of Dazzle, livingwater, and I think finallyfaith. keep your eyes open. I know that livingwater has gone over 100 days with fasting and you can read the blogs, or keep your own if you like. it will help.

I can feel what you are feeling. My name is want2bfree because I have felt so trapped in my marriage. I just left 2 weeks ago and am adjusting to life on my own. I need to cleanse to get rid of alot of baggage myself. Let me know if I can be of any help to you. I will be starting tomorrow.
