Re: Veterans and others please have a look...
I'm by no means a professional, but I know much about fasting. When you start, post, and I'll be there for you. I am starting another fast here soon.
Most important thing right now is research from credible sources. Get some books written by experts, such as Sproutman and Airola. Sproutman and other books are easily attainable on Amazon. Dr. Airola is not, unfortunetely.
You need to have a guide to follow. Something that will lay a foundation for you to follow. Once you've gained experience from fasting, you can experiment and lay your own foundation, but when you first start, it's best to follow what others who know better suggest. :)
If I have time before you're fast, I'll post a simple daily fasting guide from Dr. Airola's book. I think I may have already done this, but it may take some time to find that post.
In the mean time, post any questions or contact me at my blog, "Drinking the Living Water"
Blessings!
