Thanks for all the advice. I have just started back to the gym after about 2 years of not feeling well. After a lot of cleanses i am beginning to feel almost normal and have started exercising again. I almost forgot the buzz you get when you finish a good session in the gym. I have only been back to the gym for two weeks but feel the best i have felt for years if not ever! I hope to carry on fasting and was glad to hear you can incorporate exercise as well.
I have noticed that when i have done a gym session that my mind is more at peace and focused, which helps with meditation.
