depends on what time of fasting you are doing.. if its a Water Fast then just do light excercising.. yoga, stretching/breathing excercises, walking is great for you!
in other ones like juice fasting or what not.. if you have the energy and do not feel dizzy etc go for it!
if in the beginning you feel more tired and in that transitioning period.. just do stretching, walking, and what not... go by how you feel. and dont beat yourself up if you arent lifting weights and doing your normal routine in the beginning.. dont push yourself. But if you feel great then continue as usual.. all of our bodies are so different.
