I have been suffering with Acne for over 1 1/2 years. The only thing that made any difference on my skin was the Colon Cleanse for sure. I did Dr. Natura's 3 month colon cleanse. After 6 weeks on it I began to notice clearing and lessening of pimples, inflammation and redness. Healing times were faster also. I have done 2 Liver Flushes but I can't say that they helped at this time since I have heard that you have to do 5 or 6 to really see a difference. I can tell you that my skin is a lot better off then it was 6 months ago. I take good vitamins, not a multivitamin but separate vitamins. I take a good probiotic. The list goes on and on. Raw garlic and apple cider vinegar are great antibacterial agents. I try to eat 2-3 raw garlic cloves a day and try to drink 2 tbsp of apple cider vinegar in water daily. I also continue to take the Dr. Natura fiber on a daily basis as it keeps me regular. There is a holistic Acne book called Acne No More at acnenomore.com if you want to take a look. It is excellent and will explain how to rebalance and repair your body in order to cure your acne. Colon cleansing and Liver Flushes will help but won't cure it. You need to incorporate so many other things....diet, vitamins, supplements, natural chemical-free skin care, sleep, stress relief, exercising and much much more. There are other holistic books that will help too. Other posters have mentioned a couple. I have only read Acne No More(ANM) so I can only recommend that one. I have also read Clear Skin by Karen Jessett but it was not nearly as informative as the ANM book. ANM gives you a full in-detail 2 month detox to cure your acne. I would highly suggest reading a holistic book on acne, it will help you immensely.
