Re: Blackheads - How did you get them to go away?

I know the T-Zone is all about the liver, but as I said, these are OLD blackheads from OLD clogged pores that just haven't come to the surface yet. They're coming to the surface as cysts and then going away, but the cysts obviously leave red scars. I'm looking for a way to dissolve them right in the pore so they don't have to purge in order to disappear :) They're mainly on my nose and I've had them since I was about 11, but before I started cleansing a year ago a few popped up on my chin and on my cheeks and while some have purged, not all of them have.

I am, however, doing a liver cleanse - please read one of my previous posts. I've been cleansing for a year and I take a specially-made herbal liquid tonic as perscribed by my naturopath. It contains a number of herbs to cleanse the liver and kidneys and bring down body acidity (my problem - acid build-up). I know what my body can tolerate and what will send it over the edge in the current state I'm in, as I said before, I'm pretty intuitive about my body. You'll just have to trust that :) And my weight is low because I don't eat enough, it has nothing to do with my liver.

As for the SA treatment - my skin is wayyy too sensitive for that, unfortnately :( It turns red and itchy at the drop of a hat.

But as I asked before, has anyone else tried the previous mask suggested? Or done anything else that made stubborn ones (particularly on the nose!!) go away?
