Re: differing opinions 61595? prettysoulfoul? etc

I don't think anyone has argued with the points that I've made in this forum to any great extent, care to point them out? :)

Even if you followed a completely pure A/A diet, all you would be doing is countering the effects of toxic waste, but you don't want to constantly tip the balance back to the middle, you want to get rid of the root CAUSE, where is this toxic waste? and how to get rid of it? after that, how you live your life is up to you. I can only say what has helped me, I've never called myself an expert! ;)

I am not hung up on A/A because the body knows how to handle its own PH, some parts will always be naturally acidic, to kill bacteria who are alkaline (E.coli in UTIs) for example.

The main basis of any diet in cleansing is to follow one that is easily suited to your body type, can be absorbed whilst creating as little waste as possible (congestion) and which rebuilds minerals and vitamins used in cleansing and day to day life.

A problem with certain holistic "let food be your medicine" diets is that they forget the main organs of absorption and assimilation have to be free flowing and working, otherwise they fail to adequately handle any nutritional value.

A root problem of any chronic condition -> malabsorption!
