Melvel has some excellent advice as well, along with the flax oil and silica I also take all the vitmains/minerals they reccommended. I would however, excercise caution with emu oil, I tried it once and it made me break oil like crazy - oil on the face can be iffy. Some people respond really, really well to it, others don't. Spot test for a week or two before you try putting anything all over your face. Be careful with tea tree oil too, I've tried them and burnt my face off lol - again, it depends on how sensitive your skin is - spot test, and NEVER overdo it. Always apply everything sparingly.

You might also benefit from a candida cleanse, to do that just stick to your anti- Acne diet (as I mentioned in my previous post) and take probiotics (acidophilus/bifidus combo) - 1 teaspoon 3 times a day of the probiotic, or about 3 capsules, 3 times a day. Some people make a candida cleanse super complicated, but it's not really - I'm telling you exactly what my naturopath told me lol and it worked :) Just stay on the probiotics for a few months, or even longer if you like to avoid reaccurance.

I would also suggest in your diet you stay away from spices and use a digestive enzyme (buy at a healthfood store again) at every meal to improve your digestion (spices can be VERY irritaing to the digestive system - eat simply, you want to make sure you can digest everything easily and you can get the maximum nutrition out of each meal.
