I sent him an email telling him the product had no effect, I've deleted the EBook, and if I don't get the refund within 48 hours I'll see him in court.
(The moron was foolish enough to use actual company names in his Ebook, such as McDonalds, Wal-Mart, etc. without the required rights at the bottom or a trademark ensignia.) I had all the mind to report this to the two power-house companies and put him out of business but after I got the refund I just let it pass.)
