had a face peel...

So I got a Russian Herbal Face Peel on Staurday afternoon. It is my second one. The first was almost a year ago. I swore I would never do it again...because it really hurt.. but I did, and I am happy I did as the results are quite good.

The first one cleared about 20% of my scaring and reduced the depth of bigger scars by about 40%.... This one on the other hand, although I am still peeling so I dont know the final result... has reduce my scars by about50% and the depth my another 30-40% which is wonderful. I still have one more day of downtime...but I should be fine to go out starting tueday...

I think I will have a third and final in about 3 months..which should leave my skin clear... the great this about this one too is that is actually help to prevent future breakouts...

In the meantime I will continue my suppliments of Blue Green algae, zinc, EPO, fish oil, tumeric/dandelion/milk thistle NAC and Vit C.
I have done 13 Liver Flushes 3 parasite cleanses a series of colonics and a bowel cleans over the past couple years..and now I am reaping the benifits... my Acne is almost gone..and my skin is wrinkle free..!!
