How did you know that a copper detox was needed, and what protocol did you use?
I have been recently battling with this topic as I'm trying to reverse some grey, and low copper is often associated with that. And I have been supplementing higher doses of zinc for about a month, and I know that that can reduce copper, as well. So now, I'm in a dilemma of if I need to detox copper or supplement copper. I had planned, at first to just continue the additional supplements of zinc to help detox my copper. Excess copper was associated with candida which I just got under control after starting my gluten-free/dairy-free diet. But now with the grey issue, I'm a bit undecided.
