You say you tried one Anti parasite solution.
Which One? Against which Parasite. I am not a doctor, so really, you should consult your physician. BUT. In the USA especially, not so many doctors know or care about Demodex, which can cause Acne and Rosacea. You should see if you can get your doctor to test you for it (explanations as to how to test for it can be found at http://www.demodex.info/faq.htm#q17). If he doesnt know what you are talking about, and you have tried Retin-A And Proactive, and blah blah blah, you might want to try using The Xin Fumanling cream for 4 weeks. See if your Acne/Rosacea responds the way they say it will. If it does (and mine did) then, get the course of treatment from them.
