Acne,Rosacea...Please Help!!

I posted a message on here some time ago. I have tried many Liver Cleanses and only one parasite cleanse. Also, I've been drinking aloe vera juice everyday and just don't see the results I was hoping for! Can anyone please suggest something else to try, with what I'm doing already? In the beginning I noticed a change in my skin, but now, not as much. I'm still red and have very oily skin. It's hard not to get discouraged, when I've been trying some of the things suggested on here and still hope, everyday, that I can clear up my rosacea and acne! I'm 40 years old and have been fighting Acne all my life. It started to make sense to me, to cleanse from the inside out, instead of all those perscriptions and creams that I've tried. I cannot tell you how many doctors I've seen, without any help there either! Please let me know what has worked for my fellow rosacea sufferers! How nice would it be, not to spend every night, wondering what my skin will look like the next day!!
