Re: just curious

Sama,

I use a small pyrex clear glass dish. I fill the bottom with olive oil and fill it full of salt. You want it a grainy texture so it is white with salt, not oily. Don't scrub too hard until you get used to it, it feels rough as you do it but after your face is smooth and soft, yet surpisingly, not oily. The right kind of fats. I do my whole body if I am going to shower. Cutting the bad oils and fats out of your diet are a big help as well and lots of water! Don't be surpised if you have a big break out but keep working at it, it makes a big difference. Happy scrubbing!

Oh yes, another tip, I have been using apple cider vinegar on my face too for 10 minutes. Wow! Wakes you upIt is good for wrinkles, and I have been using lemons too. Quite a cocktail and I am seeing major differences in my skin, looking younger everyday. lol I am going to implement organic apple cider vinegar orally in my diet, it is an amazing product and I want to try it.
