just curious

Hi. Does anyone know why our facial skin is so different from the rest of our bodies? I'm interested if anyone has any theories because i've always had Acne on only my face. the rest of my body (chest and back) is clear. so what makes our face so different? why is it that i experience oily skin on just my face but the skin everywhere else is normal or dry? also, if my body is full of toxins(which is what many say causes acne), then why am i only seeing the effects on one specific area of my body? not that i'm saying my bowel/liver is in perfect condition (which i'm sure they're not) but i'm just wondering =)
