Re: Heart Palpitations
I've had palpitations on and off for about 10 years but all tests show a healthy heart. A year ago i started working with a Chinese Medical Doctor and she stated that the palps are caused by insufficient support of the heart from the other organs, in particular the liver. In my personal research i've found a definite correlations between palps and
food sensitivities . Certain food will bring them on......for me it is corn products like corn chips and popcorn, but corn on the cob seems to be ok to eat sometimes. Refined oils are big baddies.......i can count on having strange flutters the next day if i ingest canola oil or anything hydrogenated. Wheat too......tho' small doses are less likely to have an effect. Last spring the palps were distressingly frequent to the point where i set up another round of testing. Before the tests happened i started regular
colonics and various cleansing programs with the guidance of a professional nutritionist/herbalist/colon therapist. The first thing we did was a month long
Bowel Cleanse and immediately the palps almost stopped. I had made the connection that a toxic bowel brought on palps as well..........when i was constipated they would happen nonstop until i got things cleared out. Anyhow, i postponed the tests 'cause there wasn't enough happening to record on any tests. This was 5 months ago and they are still very mild and much more infrequent. I can easily live with them at this point. I wonder if they will go away completely as my body slowly rebuilds itself from a very weakened condition. I am in the latter stages of a
parasite cleanse currently and that is helping my body to start assimilating some of the wonderful nutrition i take in, rather than feeding the critters.
good luck
