I am new to this forum and have not been thru a flush yet. Heart Palpitations have made me crazy for the last 10 months when I am sleeping. I know I was really close to a heart attack twice in the last 10 months as well, my heart had slowed to 50bpm and was making the noise of a drum. I have found that as long as I exercize in the morning and at night, I can control the Palpitations some what, at least to sleep. I looked up Congested Liver symptoms today on the Internet and finally found that is most likely my problem, blood flow is restricted to the heart with a congested liver and also the liver can be responsible for the slow heart beat. My blood pressure also is high when pulse is slow and when I am having palpitations. Totally a guess, but I bet when you do the flush, you are increasing blood flow to the heart. I sure wish I found this site 10 months ago. Hopefully I am not doing more harm than good, but I also take an aspirin when the Palpitations start up, that seems to help until I am able to start the flushes. Hopes this helps in some way.
