I think it's all about the apple cider

Hi Robbie, again!

I chose apple cider after reading a post of hopinso's in which she used apple juice. I love apple cider, and so I bought that instead, just regular easy to find apple cider. The ingredients were apple juice and malic acid, so I thought....oooo there's lots of malic acid in there. I drank it all day and then used it to deliver the ES and the oil. I warmed it for the ES and the oil so they would mix and dissolve. I used organic oil because I happen to have virgin and organic, and virgin is very expensive and I hated the thought of using it all up, so I used the cheap stuff. I honestly believe the key to my flush was the apple cider - those big stones couldn't have come out if I hadn't softened them up with lots and lots of malic acid - that's the key - the apple cider. And warming it might have also played a part. I don't think it matters what kind of oil you use, I was just playing around. And this morning I am still passing stones! A few were as big as grapes. I am definitely going to do every flush with apple cider from now on - it was very pleasant! I just tried mixing a wee bit of it with some olive oil - it mixes much nicer than the coconut oil does, and although it doesn't seem to stay mixed very long (the CO didn't either), it tasted pretty darn good! Since I don't have any more organic CO, I'm going to go back to using OO (Olive-Oil) with the apple cider for my next flush - even organic CO is too expensive to use just for this one thing, and I have tons of good quality OO (Olive-Oil) lying around. I'm italian, what can I say!
