Re: Want to bash? Cynthia

May you be blessed as well. It takes a lot more courage to do the right thing than it does doing the wrong thing. This society sometimes gets you if you are not careful. If we just stay inactive, it is the devils playground.

I was recently in the emergency waiting room for one morning until the afternoon.
In the morning, the room was quiet and peaceful. The t.v set which was perched above was playing interesting early learning kids shows. Positive, loving reinforcments. As the day progressed more and more people came in.
In the adult section the t.v. was off and now on with Jerry Springer, loud and void of any positive, healthy, loving, respectful attributes. I stayed in the kids section wondering what had happened to these people who just stared and watched, overweight, not at all bothered by the t.v. but along the same orbit as it!

What happens to people? Slowly, environment creeps up on them and devours them. You have to be proactive in selecting your influences. Its amazing! We are somehow taught, that being good is a weak thing, so opposite. Being good to people and yourself, being respectful is the most honored thing, and even though you may think no one notices it does not matter. You will reap the rewards by being on the good side and happiness will overflow within you.

Take care!
