I m glad you changed and got out of that cycle. What goes around certainly does come back around. I recently read a quote and it said, "believe in those you love".
How many times does a spouse do something and its met with sarcasm, or criticism etc?
I have noticed couples who stand by each other and take eachother's advice are stronger in the long run. We are tested, but the tree with the strongest roots survives the storm.
