Re: Dr Laura

I see her as, and not just because of the varied answers, sometimes getting the point and sometimes missing it.

On one call she really helped a person short and simply and this helped me in my own situations in life. It was about someone who had offended another person behind their back. Dr Laura said to just let it go, and stop communicating altogether. She quickly summed it up as the person being a rude idiot and how could you explain anything to a rude idiot? -lol-

Another call was a woman who was telling Dr Laura her husband had informed the wife about an attempted affair. The husband goes away for some reason I didnt catch that part, but goes to hotels and gets massages, and the last massage the woman tried to seduce him. He told his wife that he stopped her, the wife in turn was furious and heartbroke. The wife, then was chewed out by Dr Laura because the wife should be happy and the husband should be a hero!
What the wife said is she wanted him to stop going to hotels and getting strange women to massage him! ( I agree 100% )
So she was shredded on air by Dr Laura because everyone goes to hotels and everyone sometimes gets a massage by a professional legitimate individual. I disagree.

Sometimes she tells it how it is though and its funny! She is keen on marriage which I think is cool. Has some good points, and some points that dont ring with me.
