Sounds like you are with a guy that I was with for over 5 years and recently broke up with! DON'T PUT UP WITH IT! I was that kind of girl that always let my guy go and do whatever he pleased.....I had the same attitude as you. "I can't control someone else." But, if someone is blantantly disrespecting you like this guy did...taking off for 3 days with another woman!!!!! Come on! What would he have said if the tables were turned and you wanted to take a little vacation with some other guy??? I bet he would have put his foot down about that!

Believe me, when I first hooked up with my ex I though he was great.....now I realize how unappreciative, disrespectful and emotionally immature he really is. I even quit my job of almost 9 years for this guy....now we are broke up, I'm living back at my parents with no job and no money. Was he worth it? NO!
