i don't know...juicing did not work for me either. i was so hungry when I came off of it I gained double. the best way i found is to increase protein, but don't go too high on calories. have carbs and fruit and whatever, but make sure you have enough protein in your diet. i am vegan, so I had nuts, nutbetters, beans, and once in a while whey shakes. It helped take weight off fast.. I cut rice, wheat, corn out during that time. But everyone is different, so do what you think is best. I do think calories matter despite what everyone says. Make sure to walk if you can, twice morning and before dinner. Do whatever exercise you can fit in. It makes a big difference too.
