I have been on a juice fast for 6 full days now and I feel as though my stomach is a bit flatter (because it is empty), but I haven't lost any weight. I've only been taking in 400-500 calories a day in juice and have been relatively active, walking and biking miles a day.
I'm not taking supplements. I am having a vegetable stock in the evenings (there is some salt in this). I am drinking plenty of water. What am I doing wrong???
Please help me!! I have about 35-40 pounds to lose and I was told that in addition to gaining energy and detoxing, I would lose weight on a juice fast. I'm confused!!! Any help would be much appreciated!
