Re: hyperthyroid

Back up your own claims. You are not a doctor and you should not be giving out medical advice. VCNO does increase metabolism which can cause side affects for some, including difficulty sleeping at night, increased heart rate, etc. This is mainly because many people are taught to take 3.5 tablespoons, so they take this amount to start and suffer for it. There are over 14,000 messages archived on people's experience with coconut oil on the Coconut Diet Forum s at: www.coconutdiet.com. Here is one:

I would like to know if any of you have noticed a very rapid heart rate,

within a couple of hours of taking your VCNO...

I am usually bradycardic (slow heart rate), and am within normal range on my

TSH levels, now.. (TSH = 1.84, on Synthroid), but twice, in the past 24 hrs,

I have noticed that my heart rate briefly jumps to 200+ (no adverse

symptoms).. with my Polar exercise heart rate monitor.. after taking the

VCNO

Thanks!
