Coconut oil is amazingly adaptable, it has been eaten by many natives for many centuries. It is good for any thyroid condition, it helps both and helps to balance your body. If you are underweight it helps you gain weight, if you are overweight it helps lose weight. If you have dry skin it helps moisturize it, if you have oily skin it helps normalize it! Coconut oil is just a food, one of the most healthy foods on the planet IMO, and can help everyone feel better--from the inside out. Take 4 tablespoons daily, 1 at each meal except for one will need 2, and see how much better you feel!
