About the fruit & rice and the overgrowth:
fruit has Sugar and yeast thrives on sugar. It is wise to stay away from fruit for a while to kill off lots of yeast first.
White Rice is a high carborhydrate whice turns to Sugar in our bodies, limit yourself to 3/4 cup - 1 cup of rice per day. Try having other grains as well like wild rice, kamut, spelt, etc... I know you feel hungry and it's really difficult! trust me I've been struglling with candida since I am a little girl and only recently did i find out how i could kill it off!!
